Talamex Premium cover for inflatable boats

This Premium boat cover from Talamex is designed for inflatable and rubber boats. It protects the boat in storage and during transport against UV, rain, dirt and scratches. UV light in particular slowly attacks tube fabric and glued seams, so a well-fitting cover directly extends the life of the boat. The cover fits Talamex inflatables and comparable models from other brands.

Material and fit

Made of 600D solution-dyed polyester: the yarn is coloured through before weaving, so the fabric is far more colourfast than surface-dyed cloth. It is factory proofed to be water-repellent and mildew-resistant, with a soft inner lining that protects the tubes. An elastic cord with cord stopper in the hem pulls the cover tight in seconds; three adjustable buckle straps and extra D-rings keep it in place in wind. A reinforcement is fitted where an optional support pole can be placed to keep the fabric taut. A mesh storage bag is included.

Choosing the size

Available in sizes for inflatable boats from approx. 210 to 420 cm. Measure the overall length of the boat and choose the size range it falls in; if it falls between two sizes, choose the larger one.

Tips

• Only cover a dry, clean boat.
• For long-term storage use a support pole or ensure a slope so rain runs off.
• Re-proof the cover occasionally.
• Tighten straps and cord firmly, but not so tight that the cover chafes on sharp edges.
